If the work you are supposed to review is missing, the link is broken, or there is another technical problem, please follow these steps:
- Search for the name of your colleague on the course channels: the forum (the Learning Activities: Peer Reviews (Lost and Found) category), the Facebook group, and on Twitter using the course hashtag. It is possible they have left a message there with the correct file/link. If you do discover such a message, then proceed with your review as normal. Please make sure you post your review in the text box.
- If you fail to find your colleague and you are not close to the deadline, please leave a message that you are looking for this person. They may not even have realised they made a mistake!
- If you cannot afford to wait for a sign of contact because the deadline is too close, please use the report button to explain that the content was missing, then repeat your comments in the text box. If the peer-assessment activity comes with a set of rubric questions, you should answer all of them (by selecting the lowest score) in order to proceed.
