In order to export your badges to Badgr Backpack, the email address of your School Education Gateway account needs to be linked to your Badgr account.

To add the email address of your School Education Gateway account to your Badgr account, go to your Badgr profile. From there, you can click on the button 'Add Email' and follow the indicated process.

Once your email address is listed, please try the export again.
